Camp Nano Plotting

Help me out, peeps. What are things that happen in pretty much every season of Power Rangers? Things like Red Learns To Trust The Team, not things like Oh Look New Zords.

Blue proves their more than just their image (not just the brains, not just "one of the guys" if they're a girl, etc.)
EVERYONE has a Special Episode where they grow as people
Mentor backstory revealed
Someone realizes they don't actually want to be famous
Someone inherits the family legacy
Broody sixth ranger doth brood
We discover who can, and cannot cook
We discover who has a special artistic talent (likely music)...
